Terms of Service

Services

Marketing 760 provides digital marketing, web design, AI integration, and graphic design services to businesses in the High Desert region. All services are provided on a project or contract basis as agreed upon with the client.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are established on a per-project basis. Deposits may be required before work begins. Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables. Marketing 760 retains the right to use project work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Revisions

The number of revisions included in each project is specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed amount may incur additional fees.

Cancellation

Either party may cancel a project with written notice. Clients are responsible for payment of work completed up to the cancellation date. Deposits are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

Marketing 760's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
